I write about ethics and politics. I’m particularly interested in sexual ethics and politics, including the ethics of contraception and surrogacy, and the ways that fertility and hormonal differences between men and women should be addressed at a structural level. I’m also interested in meritocracy, the neurodiversity movement, and post-liberal pluralism. I like to think about the nature of action, especially from an Arendtian, Anscombian, and Aristotelian perspective. I do not believe in supererogation. Sometimes I think about implicature, and the nature of slurs. My substack is the Journal of Embarrassing Catholic Studies. Other writing can be found here.
If you’d like to correspond with me, I can be reached via Radiopaper.
